    I’ve actually been able to save mine. I’ve taken Q-tips or toothpicks with warm water and dabbed them in the center and kept some of my balloons.

      I just treated it as if it were in a jungle rainstorm.. sprayed the crap out of it with water, then neem soap and then neem oil. Added some insecticide granules to the pot. The brat has now been isolated

. Oh, My! It has happened to me too!! And for one reason or the other, it has only affected my Hoya Sigillatis!!
