My Hoya ‘Mathilde’ is working on its first set of flowers. I’m so excited to see it bloom, but I was wondering if any Hoya experts could tell me how long I should expect to wait until they bloom once they’re at this stage. I’d also love to see what the flowers look like on anyone else’s Hoya of this cultivar, or what they’ve found theirs smell like, as I’ve heard the scent can vary even within the same cultivar. Thanks in advance! 😊

2개 좋아요 Thank you 😊 Me too! I’m in no way new to houseplants, but this is my first Hoya, and the first one I’ve gotten to bloom. I’m really excited to see what they look like in real life, and smell like, since I’ve heard such a vast range of scents for Hoyas. 🌸
2개 좋아요 Same I only have one Hoya too it’s a hybrid between a lipstick plant though so it different. The last flowers I have had were a light sweet sent!

좋아요 1개 Yes I do I thought it was just a lipstick first but when I looked it up it said the type was bred between the two! It flowered about one and a half months ago
