Yes, and I’m sorry for only now getting back to you: I ordered from Brumley & Bloom’s Etsy shop—right before we had our last snowstorm. If there are documented problems with your order once received (I’ve since lost my Australis) they will replace the purchase. I highly recommend them but keep an eye on the forecast before ordering!
