I was gifted a cutting from a plant store. I believe this is a hoya callistophylla. Is it good enough for me to plant the propagation or should I wait longer?

    You could pot it up and keep it in a prop box or close to a humidifier.

    Looks like it’s good to go. Keep the pot small… like just big enough for the roots

    I’ve heard 2-3 inches and when you see secondary roots coming out. Then it’s ready.

    It won’t hurt to wait if you fertilize and give it sufficient light. But, I’ve planted hoya cuttings with less roots and they do well. More roots means a better chance of success. Dip in rooting hormone powder when you are ready to plant it. 🪴🍀
