Hoya Rotunda.. am I fighting a losing battle with a pest or is the white spot near the base of the leaf something normal?? Been treating as a pest for 3 months..

    It’s hard to tell but my guess is mealies if it’s white and fluffy (egg sacs) and little white bugs that you should be able to see
