    It’s a new vine. Peduncles have tiny flower buds when they emerge like the one on my Hoya Bella.

      I had thought so ! But it looks a different color and nothing has happened to it so far 😅

      I understand. I watched every growth on my hoyas for over a year looking for peduncles. 😁 I had to put them outside in morning direct sun to see them bloom. I have about 14 that bloomed this summer. My house is too dark and my grow lights too weak to get blooms inside.

      Ooo I’m doing the same ! Lmao. She gets amazing morning direct sun in an East facing window and has over tripled her size since I got her 😅 we’re in 100s right now so I’m scared to put her out haha

      You might have to put shade cloth over her if the sun is too intense. I get over 100°F here in South Texas. My plants are in bright shade after 11 am. Some of my hoyas bloomed others grew more leaves like the Hoya Pubicalyx plants. They are in the fifth year with no signs of blooms.
