   Looks like a Hoya black margin to me which I have one. I will try my best to help you get it out of this. You’ll have to repot and water every 20 days or how planta tell you to and fertilize accordingly. Repot, inspect the roots, if they are stinky is root rot. Cut all the mushy roots even if you’re left with just one or the stump, spray with diluted hydrogen peroxide (up to you for this one step). Put on a chunky well draining soil mix and slightly sprinkle some ground cinnamon on the hole you’re putting the Hoya in. Now, patience, it will drop all the yellow leaves but it should start working on getting better. If it isn’t root rot then still skip the hydrogen peroxide but do the other ones.      When you water it after repot don’t saturate with water , water enough to moist the soil. Also, water will come out brown ish, remember is the cinnamon 😅
