   I can’t provide an explanation for why, but a couple of my Hoyas have a set of white leaves like yours. I haven’t had any noticeable issues, they come and go.

   It is normal for Krimson Queens to produce pure white leaves. You have options & it’s your choice. You can keep them for aesthetic reasons and ensure the plant gets bright, indirect light, which can help keep the white leaves alive longer. Or, if they turn brown or the plant is struggling, you can prune the all-white vine back to a leaf with green to encourage healthier growth. The foliage without green cannot produce energy (photosynthesis) because they lack chlorophyll. Personally, I leave mine alone, it usually balances itself by eventually dropping them or producing green leaves on its own.

   I cut myself be back twice. The first time I was afraid to cut off the good green leaves but I got four more white leaves. So then I cut it back behind the last variegated leaf then it grew out normal and grew more of the variegated leaves.
