My crimson Queen is very sick. Don’t know what is going on with her. I lost 3 other plants roughly the same time and I am not sure if it could be something in the water. I let my water sit for days before I use it and the water is very hard. Just wondering if the county put something in the water system. I did repot last week to have a look at the roots and they seem fine.

Hoya are semi succulents so they need to be watered a little more than two weeks and need fast draining soil. The are also tropical plants that require high humidity.

Have you taken a look for pests? I may just chop prop and restart with healthy vines. Make sure the pot is just big enough for the roots and make sure the soil is well draining (chunky)

Looks like spider mites to me. Check those leaves for webbing and wipe your finger across it. If you end up with little red or green streaks on your fingertip then you definitely have spider mites.

If the white on the leaves rub off, then, it’s a fungal infection like powdery mildew. Too much water in the soil too long, low air circulation and low lighting can feed fungal infections. If the white stuff is the lower layer showing through chewed layers of the leaves, then, it’s pests, as stated above. Could be spider mites or thrips. I would toss it. It takes a lot of work and patience to revive that assuming the roots and some stems are still viable. Plus, it can still struggle for a year or more to even come back to the previous size. About $20 can get you a do over with a healthy plant. 🍀🪴

I have had similar issues with Hoyas and other plants, I tend to repot them with fresh soil. Also removing bad affected stems and roots. It seems it works. After few weeks already shows improvement.
