guys i need help. my kerrii wants to put out a new leaf so badly, but they keep falling off??? what am i doing wrong 😭😭

    Does this pot have a drainage hole? What kind of light is it getting? How humid is it in that space (what kind of humidity area are you in? What is the temp inside your home?)

      yes to drainage! it’s about 3-4 feet away from an east facing window! usually about 47% humidity & about 70 degrees fahrenheit in my house!

      Needs more light. Mine is about three feet from my west facing window and it’s also got a grow light and it’s put out two leaves in quick succession. I wasn’t expecting it this quick. Just a few months after I got it.

    Interesting! Try using Microsoft Co-Pilot AI. Give it SPECIFIC details and See if it can't Help diagnose the problem! It's probably not going to know exactly what is wrong but it will give you ideas of what could be wrong and the suggestions to fix it. When I use it I put something like "My Kalachoe is in a NorthEast window that gets 2-4 hours of direct sunlight and bright indirect sunlight every day. It's in this brand soil, last watered on x date, I usually water it every x days. The humidity in my house is x% (or i live in the Southeast Coastal region of x state but my humidity is probably x; you could even ask it to tell you what the humidity is likely like) and I keep it x temp in my house. It's near a ceiling ac vent. It's in a plastic pot (or ceramic or whatever kind of material pot), and it keeps wanting to grow a new leaf but it keeps falling off. What could be the issue based on this information and what can I do to fix it? Basically, give it as much details as you can and basically talk to it like you would to an actual person. You can ask it follow up questions or clarify things you meant. Etc. It will help you try and narrow it down. It isn't perfect, but it's what I use when I'm stumped!!

    Where does it stands? Try to keep it right in front of a window, mine benefits a lot of natural light.
