Hi all! I have a Hoya Curtisii. I got it from online. I know they’re not the most attractive, but I’ve seen them better. When I got it, it just didn’t look right. The photos are gonna show some leggy vines, spaces, the coloring of the leaves. I don’t think it looks great, and it looks like there’s a lot of roots coming off of the vines. Is this normal?
The Hoya looks fine. No dry or damaged leaves. The leaf color is normal and not sun stressed. A sun stressed Hoya Curtisii looks like milk chocolate wafers with mint icing. Some of the aerial roots look dry. This could be from drying out during shipping. They will grow new ones. One vine is a little bare with dropped leaves. Cut that vine and propagate in water. Stick it back into the pot to add fullness. You can swirl the vines on the top soil and pin them to grow new roots. This will also add fullness like in my photo.🪴🍀

いいね 1件 It may be that way from being transported in the shipping container and getting too dry. Be careful to not overwater. Just water it. Then, let it almost completely dry out before watering it again. 🪴🍀
