I just got a Hoya kentiana variegated from my local nursery. I wanted to treat it for pests and get it all repotted. Upon getting it all cleaned up- it looks like they had put 4 of the plants together in one small 3 inch pot. Should I pot them all separately or 2 to a pot? I’m not really sure what to do.

usually plants are separate cuttings put into one pot. if you want multiple plants you can separate them. otherwise it’s perfect to put them all together so you can enjoy a nice full plant.

They probably did that so it looked fuller. You could either repot them together again, or separate. Most Hoya don't mind being crowded like that.

Thank you! I put 2 of them together and the other 2 I put separately. I wasn’t sure if it would overcrowd it or not.

Fine to separate as you have, but keep the pots very small, not larger than the original. Hoya hate to be wet and lots of soil means more chance of root rot. Use orchid compost type, with lots of drainage like perlite.
