I’m in the Atlanta area.. I got tired of fighting mealies on my Hoya sunrise, so a month ago I hung it outside on the covered balcony. It has been blooming like crazy and this morning I discovered these pod things.. is it seeds???

    Hey, yes. Those are seed pods which means your hoya got pollinated while being outside
