Hoya incrassata.. the new leaf, is it sun stress or illness? Hard to tell from pic, but the discoloration is reddish pink, not brown. Do they get sunburn? It’s been like inches away from a grow light..

    It’s still new, it’s likely to look more normal (maybe completely normal) once it hardens off.

    Yes plants can get sunburned.
