    Yup Pubicalyx are fast growers. Give them a grow light or out in the window and it will sun-stress. The leaves turn dark purple.

      i didn’t know they were fast growers until i got this one (i just am obsessed with hoyas & compulsively buy them lmao) & i’ve been so pleasantly surprised!!!

      I’m back to buying Hoyas after a four month plant ban. I really like Gabriella plants from Oviedo Florida. Their packaging is fantastic and they’ve never had pests on them. I first a soap spray on them the minute they come in the footy. Then when they dry off the go to my captains chest nightstand where I’ve got four grow lights for the cuttings and quarantined plants. I keep them about two months in quarantine.

      I always help when I can. I’m not an expert but I can tell you what I know. Others have helped me. Be sure to watch YouTube for others. Two really good one are @tgesoberplantguy and @plantedinrhodeisland. Both are quite funny and will I let their knowledge weekly. It’s worth it to watch them. There is @thepinktrellis. She also has a store thepinktrellis.com. She posts almost daily and does have other plants. I don’t remember which day she posts them. I want to say Wednesday or Thursday maybe Friday. But it’s 8:15 mountain time. You can figure out what time you need to get up. They go pretty fast I hear.
