I’m sorry—you may still have a good chance of saving her. Because shriveled leaves can result from either severe dryness or damaged roots, I would remove her from the pot and inspect the roots before watering again. Healthy Hoya roots should feel firm and look cream, tan, or light brown. Rotten roots will be dark, mushy, hollow, or pull apart easily. The pot looks rather large for the plant, and the mix appears fairly dense. If you find rot, remove the unhealthy roots and repot her in a much smaller pot with drainage using a chunky, airy mix with plenty of orchid bark and perlite. If the roots are healthy but completely dry, water thoroughly and allow everything to drain. Keep her warm in bright indirect light, and hold off on fertilizer while she recovers. Good luck!

thank you! i havent checked her roots for few months, i do have her in a chunky soil mixed(potting soil, extra perlite, orchid bark-med size) , do you know if these plants like a small pot size almost so they are root bound?

Hello there! Yes, hoyas like small pots and being root bound. I try to stay away from having any type of potting soil in my hoya mix. Soil holds moisture and thats where you run into root rot. Try using the same airy mixture, but possibly tree fern fiber instead of soil. Its worked wonders for me!
