Hello. I'm new to Planta. Does anyone have a Hoya ‘Noona’? I'm unable to add and catalog her. She is not found in the data base. How have others handled this? Thanks for your help. Photo for attention. Not my photo

    I usually search for a similar Hoya then customize the name. For a baby like this you’ll have to customize the care schedule too. I would use Hoya David cummingii or Hoya Heuschkeliana since Noona is a cross of those two. But let’s say those weren’t available (they are). For a future reference example, I would use Hoya lacunosa on this type of Hoya.

    Not sure how to do that any more. With over 110 Hoya I’ve found work arounds

    I have one of these.Probably a quarter of my Hoyas are listed in my app under the Hoya mixed varieties option, then I put their real name in the custom name field. I’ve submitted all of them to be added to the database, but none have been added 😞

      If you search a plant name and it comes up totally blank, there’s an option to “suggest” a plant be added. Then you can enter the info and submit.
