Not sure on the names or anything, but I’ve got new growth! (Finally!) This is one sitting in my office under a grow light

    It looks to be a Hoya Mathilde to me (this is a photo of mine, for comparison). Congrats on the new growth! 😊

      Looks awesome! What kind of soil mix do you use? This one is in a slightly chunky mix, mostly perlite and dirt but a little bit of crushed leca, and I fertilize once a month

      I’ve got mine in a mix of its original soil mix (it’s very fine coco coir with small bark and perlite pieces and looks to be a pre-mixed epiphytic/hoya-specific mix.) and Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent Mix with some extra perlite added to it. I’ve found that my Hoyas, Peperomias, and other epiphytic plants seem to enjoy being in Espoma’s Cactus Mix the most, at least when surviving in PA. I fertilize with Osmocote Slow Release pellets and replace them every time I repot, so about every 3-6 months, but they can last a good 6 months in my house for plants I don’t repot more than annually. It’s a nice option if you don’t want to stick to a strict fertilizing schedule.
