I bought this obovata last winter while all the rains were drenching us here in Southern California. It was a savior mission, as this poor thing was drenched and rotting at an outdoor nursery. She’s finally decided that she’s safe and sound here, so she’s throwing me her first peduncle. I gotta big love for this common beauty💚 Do you have an Obovata? Show me!🫶🏻

So sweet, enjoy! In my experience, they grow quickly! I keep mine outside in partial shade April-October (I’m in Los Angeles) and it goes crazy with new growth nearly constant.

      I can’t wait. I’ve only had it a little over a week.
