Iâve had my hoya for a couple months now, and it finally grew a new leaf a couple weeks ago. However, the leaf is distorted and small. The whole plant has become droopy, and the leaves feel floppy. Initially the plant was in very hard, compacted soil, which I believe led to water draining through the pot without any moisture being retained in the soil. I repotted it into a faster draining mix. The roots looked healthy. Since then, itâs continued to droop. Itâs not getting better or worse, and itâs been a couple of weeks now. I donât want to water it again in case it has been overwatered, but I really donât know why itâs not getting any better.
