No idea the exact type of Hoya this is....it is not Thomasaii.... I know that it vines and then the leaves fill in...but is this TOO MUCH vine??? Sorry for the washed out pics...

    I would probably chop and prop the vines if it’s crawling that much already, then stick the pieces into the soil to make your Hoya bushier. Cut at an angle between the nodes or between where the leaves are and remove some of the leaves so you have at least 2-3 sets of nodes to work with. I’d stick the cuttings into some rooting powder to shorten the amount of time it takes to root. If you don’t want to cut it, you could buy it a trellis and carefully wrap the leaves around it, but it would probably make for a great trailing plant if you take the supports out and cut it down a bit so the new growth can trail over the sides rather than up that high.
