# MY YUZU HARVEST!!!!! I’m so proud of this tree, and I’ll ripe them up…

MY YUZU HARVEST!!!!!  
I’m so proud of this tree, and I’ll ripe them up in a box. I’ve got 43 this year and I can’t wait to see how they are!

I also saw a tiny mouse scuttling in the branches while I was picking a yuzu. Those little fruit thieves steal all my fruit and gnaw at their peels. What do I do about it? I don’t want to harm it, just stop it from eating my fruits. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

You could try hanging mesh bags on the fruits? Like the jewelry drawstring types? Or maybe some sonic deterrent? I haven’t tried it but I’ve seen some gardeners put mesh all over trees to deter birds.

Well I would like to, but there’s so many I can’t reach and, well, it’s a small, light mouse so even if it keeps birds away probably not the mouse. Thank you though :)
