Hi! First time growing broccolini from seed and didn’t realize I should have started them in something bigger. Should I separate \& transplant them to bigger containers now or should I wait?

These seed trays look great! For my seedlings I waited til I got 2 sets of true leaves to transplant them into a bigger container.
