Hi everyone, this is my first time growing basil. I got from the grocery, I repotted it and now it’s doing great. I saw a video saying that you need to cut the basil, to in courage it to grow wider than longer. But I’m not sure if I should cut where I drew the red circle or the blue circle.

You just pinch off the top set of leaves.

Where I marked yellow. Do this every couple months. It will bush out from the tiny leaves below where you are pinching.
