I planted a ton of sweet and purple basil this year thinking I would give away what didn’t go in my garden for pest control or the herb garden. Turns out I’m harvesting it regularly to use and it’s producing enough to the point that I’m trying my hand at oven drying.

I live in a humid area so air drying is really difficult so hopefully I don’t waste what was essentially a “bushel from the grocery store’s” worth of harvested basil today. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
