I have this blueberry plant and I just noticed today that there is some brown fish orange spots on the leaves, can someone tell me if I should be worried or should I cut the leaves off or just leave it alone?

I would spray neem just in case but I would cut those off. If it pops up everywhere I would say sunburn.
