Indoor salad bar growing strong! I’ve got a variety of lettuces, cherry tomatoes, assorted greens, herbs, strawberries, and even a sweet pepper coming along! Who says you can’t grow food in an apartment, lol!

I love the artistry of it all. Very beautiful to look at and functional. My kind of art. Too bad my little one would eat it all before it matured. He’s known for that lol.

It’s definitely one of the better looking systems out there! Looks were important to me, as I’m in an apartment, and these sit front and center when you walk in the door, lol!

WOW, all I ask is how?

It’s a hydroponic system called Gardyn. It has a tank on the bottom that holds water and liquid nutrients, and a pump that sends the nutrient water up the column and over the plant roots a few times a day. Similar to an Aerogarden system, but on a larger scale.
