# Hi, this is my first post on this app and im working on my very first…

Hi, this is my first post on this app and im working on my very first plant. I have a sweet mint plant I got his name is Jeremy. I'm wanting to grow and harvest my own mint for tea. I would love some advice and tips about the best way to grow Jeremy to get that result. I am very much new and know only that water and some sunshine is good but not full sun. (If I'm wrong please correct me!)

Hi!! Welcome 💚

You are absolutely right! Make sure Jeremy is in a spot where he will get hours of bright light. Follow the Planta schedule for watering, but check the soil before each watering. You want the top 1 to 2 inches of his soil to be dry before watering again. Jeremy is looking great! 😍

Definitely get a much bigger pot

Purchase a grow lite plants look great trim the tops so plant will become thicker. Herbs should get a trim it will get leggy.
