Little before and after here on my friend’s succulent. She hasn’t watered it in over a week. Any advice? She’s going to repot it with new soil but any other tips would be appreciated!

Is she keeping it inside or outside? It almost looks like it got a full on sunburn or maybe too much heat?

Definitely looks like too much water, the substrate looks really dark like it is still wet. Is it sitting in water inside that container?
