Hello! I’m hoping that someone can help me identify this cactus. Planta keeps telling me it’s an African milk tree but it’s so much skinnier and looks a lot different than the Africsn milk tree I have!! Can anyone confirm or deny?

it is in the euphorbia family! (: this one is the euphorbia knuthii. here’s what mine looks like. they have a pretty unique rooting system.
