Found this big boy at CVS! Why does he seem dusty? What is this? Should I clean him off and how?

No, that is the natural powder covering succulents produce.

It's called farina, their protects them from sun like their sunblock ☺️ the more powdery they get the better. Avoid watering their leaves too, do bottom watering

Farina never returns after you buff it off. Ask me how I know.😆
