Hi everyone. Can someone tell me what is happening to my eve’s needle cactus? She looks really crusty, and the pins seem to crust especially. What is wrong?

Is it too dry or too dark?

How often do u water it?

Approximately once a month. I let the soil dry out before watering again.

Someone else just posted an eves needle that recovered from a fungus and pest infestation! Maybe they can give you som insight

Safari recommended that you water it every 12 days
