I bought these lithops from Etsy seller. I messaged the seller and she told me that they’re healthy in-spite of the white dots. Can someone tell me what are the white dots. Are they fungus, pest infection? Thank you in advance.

They look like scares to me. I've never had this so I could be wrong.
