# Hi, this cactus was the bottom portion of a grafted plant. I chopped…

Hi, this cactus was the bottom portion of a grafted plant. I chopped off the top portion (I know what it is), but not sure what this is. Plant ID apps aren’t helping probably because it doesn’t look right since it was chopped. And yes, that is part of the stick that held them together that is poking out of the top 😬 TIA

Someone commented on one of my posts saying it’s a dragon fruit plant!! I could totally be wrong tho

I have a moon cactus and one of the tops of it is changing colors and likely dying🙁and someone on here said to cut it off because it’s a dragon fruit plant under it

There’s one particular cactus that is the usual green part of a moon cactus- you should be able to Google it.

This is my 3 year old. It grew out itself and graft still good. Never had one do this.
