Easiest way to repot a donkeys tail any help is appreciated have been putting it off cause I’m scared it will break or die

It probably will break or drop some leaves, but probably won’t die if it’s been doing well in your care. Lots of folks “chop and prop” instead of repotting bc these guys drop their leaves super easily.

Don’t do it unless you absolutely have to! If you do, just know that leaves are going to break off but be as gentle as you possibly can. I just repotted 3 of mine that I waited an extra year before I attempted. Keep all the fallen leaves and throw them back in the pot!
