so cute!! i would assume you probably don’t need to do anything different, clearly the current routine is working!

My little cactus has about twelve or thirteen little flowers exactly like those. There nothing bad just your plant growing! If it gets too crowded with them though be carful. If some of the flower are just dead or very brown go ahead and pick them off gently.
