Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my Echeveria? It started shriveling leaves on the bottom and now the middle. Please help! Here is a before and after:

It looks like rot from watering too often, wrong soil, or no drainage holes. I would pull any good looking leaves now to try to propagate before they rot too if you still want one of these plants. Lay them on a layer of succulent soil like this and mist the soil daily to draw out new roots.

It looks overwatered to me. What are you using for soil? It looks like cocoa coir and perlite to me, but it could just be the angle. Also how big is your pot in comparison to the plant. It looks a little big to me, but again, could be the angles.
