Mine is doing the same thing. I'm pretty sure I need to use a more shallow pot or terracotta. Their roots don't like to stay wet for too long.

Thats what i was thinking. I just transplanted it from original small pot. Should i transplant again?

Consider it if the soil is staying wet. What may help is to move it into the sun to help it dry out - mine loves the sun and I'd rather it go a bit dry than stay wet as the worst that happens is that some pearls will shrivel up and I can always just propagate the healthy ones to create more!

Thank you so much for your help! I’ll do that! Do you leave it outside in summer months?

Do you have very good light shining down on the crown of the plant?

I see signs of rot. Repot or propagate and treat it with a fungicide

Soil looks soggy. Smaller pot \& less watering?

Might need a drier soil mix if you’ve already repotted it and it’s still dying 🫶🏽
