# While moving, I left my string of pearl babies at a friend‘s house.…

While moving, I left my string of pearl babies at a friend‘s house. Unfortunately, when I went back two months later, they were all but dead.😵💀 the soil was hard as a rack so I soaked it, but I thought maybe I overwatered it so because it was cold last night, I put the heat on and put them in the window that the heat hits to dry out some of the soil, do you guys have any suggestions? I took off all of the dead tenders and this is what is left.

What do the roots look like? You can start over and propagate some of the healthy strings just make sure the nodes are nestled against the soil.

I took them to the plant shop and we repotted them. There were some root rot so we cleared that out. We put some fresh soil in and they seem to be ok!
