I bought this guy for my turtle pot, but he came bigger than expected. Is he too big ? Root ball fit and has room to grow.

I love the pot! Is the rest of the pot bigger than the opening? I have a pot that is and it was really hard to repot once the roots had filled the whole pot because they were bigger than the opening. Just a word of warning…I now just place a nursery pot inside those types of pots.

It is slightly bigger than the opening! Should I change it

If it’s just a little bigger you might be okay. Especially since it’s a cactus, I feel like their roots don’t fill out a pot like, say, a monstera would. Just something to look out for.😊
