If you can see the little brown stubs on these succulents. Do you know what’s wrong or is it just normal?

And on the same plant I’m putting in the comments from the left side seems to have a purple stump/ base. I’m kinda worried for this guy. Do you have any advice?

I don’t see the brown stumps l, but the purple base kinda looks like my orchid when she gets too much sun. Not sure if it’s normal for this kind of plant. When mine star to shoo g purple I move her back from the window a few inches.

Oh and the brown stumps are the part where the leafy thing falls off at the tips

When my haworthia started browning like that, I checked the roots and it was a major root rot problem. She’s all healed now but that brown color hasn’t gone away, I think it’s due to the sun now more than anything

This is her now and you can see a similar browning to yours at the base of the leaves

What can I do to get rid of it

I moved mine a bit farther away from the grow light. My favorite place to buy said it was akin to sunburn/stress when mine did this. It greened back up after a week or two.

I should probably move her too. She’s already 1 foot away from an east facing window so not sure where she can go next
