My Runyonii came back to life but now is hanging over! It looks like it’s too too heavy but I’m unsure how to properly replant it or fix it. Any help is appreciated!

Since it has so many plantlets I would cut and propagate the main plant and leave the stem to the plantlets.then plant the cut plant into a pot with soil and water.
