Some species of houseleek tree.

Houseleeks are another name for hen and chicks.

Looks like an Echeveria that got really leggy due to a lack of light. Mine started growing tall like that when I brought it indoors for winter. I put it under a plant light and it stopped stretching out.

I just looked that up and it definitely look very similar, thank you!

I have it under a grow light now, I got some of them for free from a store closing for the winter months I wasn’t sure about any of the types
