All of my echeverias do that as well. I think it’s either from overwatering or the plant is just growing :) I could be wrong though I’m still pretty new to plants.

could definitely be a sign of overwatering (doing so too frequently) but it is typical for it to occur on a healthy plant here and there too - it’s happened many times to me and the plant is still thriving
