This is my fern that I got about a month ago. It is looking very shriveled and dried out. What should I do? I watered it a few weeks ago and is still damp. Any tips?

I also tagged it. I think I have a picture of it when it looked healthy too

I would suggest repotting it in a pot that has good drainage holes and chunkier soil.

If you watered something a few weeks ago and it’s still damp, the soil is not draining enough. You need a chunky soil and a pot with drainage holes so the water can drain out.
Ferns are notoriously very difficult. They need a TON of humidity.
My honest suggestion is to get a new plant. Even if you fix the soil issue, it’ll still get brown and drive you nuts.

Thank you AbbyJ
