Can anyone tell me what type of cactus this is I’ve tried a couple different identifier apps and they tell me different things?!

I put it in my plant identifier app and seems like it could be echonocereus coccineus. But it’s not very clear. I like it a lot though. I wish my local Lowe’s or Home Depot had it.
