I’m very new to indoor plants. This is my new Jade plant. I’ve had her for about 3 weeks. I’m wondering how will she grow? Up? Out? Both?

Both, but it depends a little bit on if you do any trimming or topping. Just let it grow on its own for a while and see what it does.
