Could you shoot me some tips? Mine looks terrible!

It’s been in a big nw window so it gets lots of bright light! I also only water it when the pearls aren’t so taught and plump/when they feel a little squishy and the soil is dry. When I do water, I also only bottom water. I’ve also noticed you can’t have any of the pearls touching the glass if it’s cold outside because it’s very sensitive! I hope this helps and your sop perks up soon!
