How often do you water it?

have you tried bottom watering for 30-60 minutes? along with that have you tried feeding it? sometimes they are picky and need an extra boost in nutrients

I water once a week, and no only watered from the top. Should I try the bottom? Also I did see not in hot direct sunlight so I moved it yesterday to a less sunny spot and more of a bright spot. Do u think that will help?

i highly suggest trying bottom watering! my christmas cactus has done so much better since i have started it! and keep it where it is! do not move it! (my is quite dramatic about moving so sometimes just leaving them be is the best!)

Watering once a week is way too often for a succulent. The soil should fully dry out between waterings. It most likely has root rot.
