I posted some different photos a few weeks ago and people seemed to think this was a flower and not a pup? I can’t find any good info on the internet. But I didn’t think the flowers grew like this?? Everyone still think it’s a flower? Or is it a pup that decided to grow from the top instead of underneath? Also if it’s a pup how should I remove it and when?

I remember that pic, and I remember saying it was a pup. I stick with my answer, it's a pup. My echeveria licorice is doing the same right now. I'm not sure if I want to leave it on or make another plant by cutting it off 🤷🏽‍♂️
